Borderlands 2 Ultimate Loot Chest Edition xbox360

I've had this since the midnight release. The box is sitting in my room I've never opened it.

I own a ps3 and have never owned an Xbox but for some reason gamestop decided I needed the 360 version.

Out of spite I kept the 360 version, just because I overheard one of the employees say something about regretting not buying this collectors edition.

I'm finally ready to move on but have no idea how to go about selling this. Ive been tempted to open it so many times, but just couldn't do it. I tried checking eBay for price but it ranges from cheap to 300+ US dollars. I tried Craigslist once but some guy wanted to pay me with a check. I have no idea what I'm doing.

Anyway, my question is, does anyone know the real value of this, and what would be the best way to sell it/ trade it?

the best way would be to put it on ebay and let people bid on it....you can also put it for sale here on this forum..but everyone will first check ebay price before they give you offers..so you meanwhile go the ebay route...if it closes at lets say $80..that means demand is soft..if it closes at $300..that means it's desirable for collectors.

I've actually been looking for one of these for awhile for the 360 -- everyone seemed to have the PS3 version. There was a seller on here who was selling one that was a little beat up awhile back and I think it was around $80 or so. I'd say mint should be somewhere between $100 - $150 or so, but it seems lately that many of these have been going for cheaper (when opened at least) as I've seen a few on CL for ~$50-$60 lately, so the rush for these might've died down a bit with the crazy release of the diamond chest editions and such.

I'd make you an offer right now but unfortunately cash is pretty much tied up for big purchases for a bit - at least until I figure out what we're going to be spending on Black Friday

If you DO post it on eBay be sure to throw the link on here too so some of us can bid on it. If you're not in a rush for the $, open a for sale thread with what you're looking for for it and I'm SURE it'll sell.

I have the chest sitting around that I've been contemplating selling, but the shipping kills all hope of selling it, last I looked it was $50+ to ship it just within Australia.
