There both different, this one doesn't have the crystal in it, it comes with the Persona 5 special blu-ray, like this one on Ebay

As it was mentioned, this is the retail cost of the "Crazy Value Pack", which is basically the limited edition of this game.

The Famitsu DX Pack is a store exclusive and contains additional goodies, thus being more expensive. For this game specifically they are also selling the "Crystal Set" which can be bundled with either version of the game (standard or LE).

This is the store page, which is basically the official Atlus Shop nowadays, run by Famitsu (also known as Ebten).

In the link you can check all the goodies included in the Famitsu DX Pack, and anyone who know how to use a proxy service can make a reservation directly.

There will be also a Limited Edition Vita for the game, but it is sold out in most retailers. Some sites like Nippon-Yasan or Nin-nin game still have some stock left, I believe.

By the way, this week they announced the box art for the LE, it is really nice

There are plenty sites for Proxy service but most will add 50+ to the cost.
