Pre-order links is coming soon apparently according to BN and Sony.

Will update If I see anything but I am sure others would too once it's live =)

Looks europe only at the moment (could be wrong) - tales of blog is managed by the EU team I believe. Nothing on the NA blog as far as I can see.
