Doesn't look like it. Ripper seems to have the car along the entire steelbook while the post apocalyse have completely different cover

Game are listing Mad Max ripper edition for the UK. The edition is different thiugh. That Number plate and movie arent there. It comes with dlc and a numbered comic poster.
