400 for a statue.... ugghghhghg I really want it but i don't think i can justify that price tag.

The Prestige Edition was $150 more but now you can't get them for less than $800...I grabbed one, it will only go up in value.

Unless they're producing thousands more for Gamestop, or if the statue ends up being bad. Probably a good investment but there's definitely risk.

The description on Gamestop says it is the Cinder statue from the Prestige edition, so I am hoping the quality is identical. I do wonder how many Gamestop has available for sale. I hope it isn't thousands or tens of thousands. Hopefully, it is on par with the number released of the Prestige edition.

For that price it will be a pretty limited run, GS looses money anytime they a publisher over produces CE, well most of the time.

Well, I got my Statue today from Bandai Namco and I have to say I love it, totally worth the money. It's the exact same size as my sideshow premium format statues so the price is definitely on par. Btw, it is definitely a 2000 statue run. Now for the part that upsets me. I don't know if Gamestops version will come in a box made for individual sale but the one I got from Bandai Namco csme in the Prestige Edition game box. There is no doubt it is just the Prestige Edition without the game and goodies. There is a large pullout behind the statue compartment complete with vacant foam pre-cut for the game, art book atc. So why didn't they just offer the Prestige Edition to US consumers??? I totally would have paid retail for it.

It is extremely odd how it has been handled, that's for sure. I am 99% sure Gamestop is just getting the remainder of the 2000 that Bandai Namco isn't selling. My shipping box said xxx/1010 for number and parcel count (funny enough, the number on the box [972] doesn't match my statue [978]), clearly they didn't get 2000.
