Question for Threezero Titanfall Ogre owners

I got my Titanfall Ogre today from Threezero and several of the joints seem to be very sticky; so much so that I'm not entirely sure they are movable. The directions seem to imply that the shoulder socket will twist forward and back but mine do no not appear to do so. I can get the arm to go up and down (think Praise the Sun pose) but I can't seem to get them to move front and back (think arm swing while running). This really limits how you can pose it...Is mine just stuck or is it designed this way?
