Yes, only the EU CE comes with Steelbook.

JP CE includes a steelbook for original Soundtrack CD

same as Xenoblade Chronicles 2

Yes, you are right. I wasn't sure if it is a steelbook or cardboard sleeve, but it has to be a Steelbook for the OST.

this is ridiculous! the US sequel got a steelbook! but this remaster version we are denied!!? in the NTSC market!?...i can't believe Japan still can't figure out how to adopt switch sized steelbooks, there still continuing onwards with G2 size format!
