This doesn't look like physical copy to me.
I would first ask the shop if they can provide a photo of the sealed box.

For some bizarre reason it has an actual physical version, the pic is abit old not sure about availability now.

Well after awhile that price will be justified and will look cheap then if more people from the middle east region start to realize this game only released in gcc in limited run so basically will be rare hard to find later like those fifa clubs steelbooks.
