The steelbook is an early purchase bonus item for the Like a Dragon 7 and Gaiden PS5 bundle in Hong Kong and Taiwan. As of right now I'm not seeing this on Sega's Korean and Japanese social media account so it might be a regional exclusive. I'm also kind of doubtful that PlayAsia will have this because they mention not all stores will have it.
