I don't think GAME ships outside of France, but here's a site that will ship worldwide at a reasonable price: €22.15/$28.85 shipped to USA. Trouble is, as awesome as the cover looks, this seems to be an all-French, black and white, text only book. No pictures and unless you can read French, not really useful...but a pretty cover for sure.

So I checked Amazon.co.jp, turns out they WILL ship this internationally (yay) for the right price (boo). If you order from the US, shipping is pretty much going to cost as much as the book itself, for a total of ¥6100/$78.35.

Lucky for us, there's already a seller on eBay hawking this book for $64.99 (free s&h). Edit: now $69.99 and only free shipping within the US...and only a couple left for sale. If you live in Europe it might be cheaper to order from Amazon.co.jp afterall. Edit again: looks like that's it for that auction with a total of 12 sold. Looks like there's a few more people getting in on the action now, at significantly higher prices. I would definitely recommend checking Amazon.co.jp first at this point and making sure their price plus shipping isn't less than these eBay auctions now.

I'm ordering this under the reasonable assumption that this will never be printed in English, so after spending $65 on the Japanese version I'll definitely be kicking myself if I'm wrong.
