Shipping from the US

I was looking the 2k games webstore for some Bioshock 2 items that im missing, i selected a 10 dolars item and the shipping is 40 dolars with no variation ..only UPS.
What i would like to know is, is there any service that can buy and ship the products for me in a less expensive way? i know that there are sites that will ship it for me, but they require the exact expecifications of the items, and i just dont know the exact numbers.

Stay away from forwarders, they are terrible are charge you huge amounts for shipping.

On top of that they force to pay taxes for the items and they will even open them up if they the value is not on the box.

so i really have no chance becouse my order is 119 dolars , plus just from shipping its 99 dolars. im not gonna spend that amount of money on shipping.

the 99 dolars shipping its from DHL express. and i dont know anyone there, and im not gonna ask a random person becouse its a big investment to just risk it.
