Default Exporting from australia

Do any of the aussies on here know a cheaper way to export stuff, the last 2 small things have cost $40 each the second almost reaching $100 if the girl hadnt lied for me, so im just wondering if there is a better way than australia post?

well I managed to send small stuff for around 30ish. Actually I'm trying to find some cheap one as well since I have a few items to forward. Australia post have stupid price. I did an amazon return for 150 dollars before and amazon still have not refunded me until now.

The monopoly is insane isnt it, $40 to post a vinyl is nuts.. :'(
Ive heard skippypost is meant to be ok, amazon can ship me the diablo 3 ce for $15 but would probably cost 100+ to send back

XD yeah, australia post is rip off. My friend send just some letter and it already cost 100 for 2 letters. If only there is a better posting company. Why don't we have something like parcel2go in UK.

I checked out fed ex over here and its even worse, im looking into skippy post.com.au at the moment and it seems more reasonable even after posting the item for them to forward.. Im hoping i can find something good or i might have to stop trading and exporting if i need to pay for insane postage...

Well, I usually charge people below shipping cost when I forward stuff. That's why I forward very little stuff =P. Don't have unlimited money to spare lol.

FedEx ftw, 150 bucks to send a 1kg item to UK from Australia. No bloody idea why.

Ive been doing pay the postage at your end trades, might just have to stick to buying, its cheaper...

Thats why i want to find cheaper postage options, i do have an agreement to fulfill on assassins creed pre-ordet statues if i can get them
