That is actually under the "unavailable" section (there's a header) but I can try to find you one. It's relatively easier to find than the other items in this thread (but still not easy).

Price could range anywhere from $80-150 + $50 shipping.

I know, I know. I've had literally two dozen people ask me for this.
But it's the hardest to find.
That's why, to avoid favoritism and whatnot, the next one I find (if that should ever happen) is going on eBay. :|
