I prefer new, at least i know what im getting, to be honest most of mine get opened anyway but i look after everything...if i get the tekken one ill keep it sealed because i have tekken standard version anyway, my guy feeling says £60 is an ok price for what you get, shame i didnt get it at game.co.uk when they were £19.99 lol about 6 months ago.

Whats the value of tony hawks underground 2 gift pack on original xbox. I have never seen anyone else with this edition so im thinking kinda rare.

I would say $50-60, $80 is pushing it. for the US NTSC version. However expect the price to rise near and on the release day of Gears 3. The same with gears 1.

That's a tough one, I too have never seen a copy. I would list on ebay for a huge amount with best offer and see if anyone bites. You can always decline the offer. The listing will cost you around 20p in the UK.
