I'm not sure if you use a CC, I usually pay with Paypal which is upfront anyways.

Doesn't really bother me when it's so close to release date, at least it'd be one less thing to worry about paying for.

They charge you upfront even if you are paying with a credit card.

Only the Final Hours Edition (which is an update if you buy the standard Version) and the European/Australian Collector's Edition come with the Artbook.

The US-Collector's Edition comes with a lithograph and does not include the "Final Hours Edition"

So you have to buy at least two editions if you want the artbook and the lithograph.
