They don't charge until dispatch and you can always change your mind in the run up if something else turns up that you prefer.

PUh, 160$ + 35$ for shipping to Austria. Makes 195$ in total...I guess i?ve never spent that much on a CE. But I guess it?s worth it.

So is it 100% sure that Gamestop won?t charge until it is shipped?

It clearly stated for me that I would not be charges until dispatch.
I'm sure it will do the same for you.
If not perhaps there are different rules for different countries??

I had the same issue when trying to order the walking dead collector's edition. I called up my bank and they told me it was being bounced back as they were testing my card by charging $0 to it or something, and that doesn't work in Australia.

Tell Gamestop to test your card for $1 and not $0 as that is not valid in Australia. I think that's what my bank told me, it was a while ago now...but yeah, Gamestop needs to fix it. If you want to be certain what to tell them before you speak to them, just call your bank and confirm the issue.

FYI, I didn't end up getting it resolved, as I had told Gamestop the issue, and they asked me if I was sure my billing info was correct. I didn't get back to them as I decided not to order The Walking Dead CE, but I guess I'll have to sort it out now if I want to order this, lol.
