It is a bit confusing because that artwork of him floating in space exists as the EU G1 and the MX G2. The differences between them are very minor, so it is definitely easy to get confused.

Yeah, that's how I got confused lol. The FS one is G1 only I think.
For now I'll just get the G2 version of him floating in space and hope I either find a G1 in the future or maybe trade for the G2 i'm going to have.

So technically there is no way to have all DS3 steels in the same size huh?

Nope! Two are G1 only, three are G2 only. Crysis 3 runs into a similar issue. This is annoying for me because I have these games on 360, and yet I have three G2 steels of each. Oh well, this is a first world problem in the truest sense of the phrase. haha

- 3 mexican g2
- future shop g1
- polish g1
- european g2 (same as one of the mexican steelbook, but without the ea logo)

Shouldn't it technically be 5 actual 'different' ones? It was my understanding that the EU G2 is the exact same as the POL G1, except for size, whereas the MX G2 is actually a different steelbook.

lol I see what you mean now. It's just a difference in how you look at it. I only look at it as different if there's some actual difference--just being a couple cm shorter doesn't count in my book =P. Otherwise I'd have identical G2 and G1 steels for every one that has both, and that just seems silly. lol

Ahaha yes in all and every single way, first world problem for sure.

Like you did mention. I don't consider them different if it's just the size, but I would of liked them all to be G1..like how I'm going to have all the MGR steels in G1.

for me...i get any steel that is released with ps3 game. So crysis g1 you got when you buy ps3 game. Metal gear rising is however clearly g2 for ps3 and g1 for xbox.
