With the very dismal release here in the states, I'm trying to land a copy besides having to jump to eBay. A member here sold me a Steelbook, so if I can get a Kilo Squad edition, that would be swell.
Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. - Does Paypal change currency from USD to say Euros by chance?

When you send someone money in paypal, you can choose what currency to send

Paypal then takes whatever amount of USD from your account that it deems the correct amount to pay in the other currency

I.E. Paypal has their own exchange rate albeit it's not that bad

be careful with that, paypals exchange rates are shit compared to what they should be, if something exchanges at $60 on a currency converter expect to end up paying near $70

In case I wasn't clear I meant there are less paypal fees involved when you send it as a "gift" but again no protection
