Yes it appears to be a very American thing

This site appears to manufacture a lot of the laser cels

Apparently there were 3 separate laser cels available for Resident Evil 4. I only knew of 2

Safe to say they didn't make this one though as their minimum order is 500

There is just so damn much AC stuff

Honestly even the richest among us would have a hard time getting most of it let alone all of it

If Ubisoft keeps releasing new cel arts for their subsequent ones, these might go up in value. It might be a new trend in collecting, like steelbooks.
