I personally lean more to NDjames way of thinking simply because if there is only dossiers de presse released in France then it must be their equivalent of a press kit but not a big deal

Most PS2 promos are dirt cheap tbh so you really have to find a dedicated collector for most of them if you want to get anything imo

I would probably say less than 15 GBP but no idea tbh
