I bet they are cool... but I bought an Android tablet (nexus 7) for gaming thinking it would be great but I was bored as soon as I got it. It just cannot even compete for mindshare against big AAA games on console.

Well I actually liked the idea, and was a backer from before it got Trendy

I too have an Ipad and thought how cool it would be to play games on it.
I actually used it more for college work then games lol.

I like it because it's a quick load and play.
I'm not looking for it to replace my console experience, but have something to kill those times I only have like 30 mins to play.
COD just wasn't doing it for me.

My life is just a little too busy right now to be able to set down and play Skyrim or Dragons Dogma and enjoy it, without having to save 5 mins after it gets interesting lol

Well it want less then a million in backers and it got over 8 million if I remember correctly... all FREE money. Any of those things are not obligated to give you what they say, and what they give away does not even touch the amount given to them... even when it is legit is has a scammy feel to me.


But anyways it was Trendy as soon as it hit... there was not "before" for that one. Unless you were literally one of the first couple people.

Yeah I thought this too... but my Vita does this and much better (becasue the games are more towards console like and it is portable).

BTW... Soul Sacrifice, PREFECT play and go game and it is amazing to boot.

Well I meant before it went viral and all.

Maybe the first few thousands or so.
I didn't give enough for a console at first though. Just support money.

I know what you mean, although in the end, I got my console and a second controller for way less than what it retails now. So I don't feel it was a waste at all.

For some reason, I can't do portable gaming with portable systems. Now don't get me wrong. One of the games I played the most hours ever has been a GBA game: Final Fantasy Tactics Adv.
One of my favorite games ever. I'm pretty sure I logged more hours into it than Oblivion and Skyrim combined lol.

I have a PSP and a DS, and I can't for some reason keep at it with a portable game. Nothing wrong with the games, just something not for me I guess.

Although God's Eater Burst was the last PSP game I played and it was mighty good, along with some Monster Hunter lol

Really? I haven't looked too much into it.

I did plan on maybe buying a Vita when they sub 100.

If you like games like god eater or Monster Hunter then you will really like it.

Well is is much more accessible then monster hunter and the story is VERY good for a portable game.


The main story alone is over 20 hours... and it is a game meant to be played online with friends like Monster Hunter (if you want to play online).

But also there are side missions and other things to do as well.

Awesome game... it has no left my Vita since I bought the game new and I JUST finished the main story the other day. And I am still playing it!

Also it is a perfect "do a mission and then back out" game... especially because with Vita you just put it to sleep and when you wake it up it is right where you were.
