I asked boostep customer service, and they replied that it is in English. Any reason others are avoiding ordering from them? Their price seems very reasonable to me.

It's not a store anyone has used before, but it seem like a good site.

however the reason I am not ordering, is that you have to pay to return the item if damage, nor will they refund the original cost of shipping to you. They better pack well.
