lol no worries buddy

Some of us are steelbook junkies some don't care for them at all

(I love steelies )

A lot of steelbooks are pre-order bonuses so are never available for regular purchase

Futureshop in Canada get them

http://www.ebay.ca/sch/Video-Games-C...k&LH_PrefLoc=1

US gets some....

http://www.ebay.com/sch/Video-Games-...k&LH_PrefLoc=1

Then europe get a bunch too

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Video-Game...k&LH_PrefLoc=3

Note those are all just generic ebay searches in those specific countries, some steels on US ebay may be from Europe and vice-versa etc.

Always here to help if you need it

to be honest ebay is the only way to get a lot of items other than perhaps here

It is fairly safe but it depends what you mean

When you buy something on ebay, you are more than likely buying it from another individual and not a storefront per se

Hence however that person does business might affect you but ebay offers certain levels of buyer protection in case of damage, non-delivery etc.

I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you wanted to get really serious about collecting

Also, since you're here, I've seen a lot of "press kits" What exactly are those?

I haven't gotten around to getting a little shelf down there, and a the PS3 is in a different room. Every shelf/cabinet/desk type thing I've looked for is too tall to fit under there, and I have no idea what else to do. Also, I rarely play games on my xbox or PS3 since I have a gaming laptop

Press kits are promotional materials sent to gaming journalists to advertise the game basically

People have different defintions as to what constitutes a Press kit but usually rule of thumb is that it has to come with a copy of the game and have been distributed before retail release so journalists could review it

They can get pretty rare as a lot likely get thrown out/kept

You could always put a piece of plastic underneath it

My worry would be static electricity affecting it although the way modern electronics are today it's probably just me being paranoid (plastic is an insulator, cardboard is also good)
