Konami recently Tweeted that they are localising SHMUP Otomedius for North America, and are also planning to release some kind of Special Edition for the game

It apparently contains a pillowcase, artwork book, and soundtrack (although not sure if this will be a CD or DLC):

Not yet. They've literally just announced the release for North America, plus the fact that it will get a Special Edition. I highly doubt it will come to PAL-land though, although we did get Deathsmiles, so maybe there's a chance... Unlikely though
