Default Tales of Xillia Collectors Edition

Do you think it will worth more since it's sold out and had a limited quantity compared to other games? Two weeks after the release it's going for $140 or more when it was originally $99.99, so it will never go below $99.99....right?

The thing with Tales games are they are always limited quantity. Even if they did it badly or not impressive, it will be rare eventually.

Soooo

Hi Chloe,

Thanks for the email and I hope you are loving the game. I'm guessing what you are talking about is the part number i.e. every component has a part or serial number for manufacture. I can't find anything to suggest that these were meant to be identified specific to the production qty of 10,000 i.e. copy 25/10,000.

Hope that helps, if you need to ask any more questions get back to me and I will do my best to answer.

Subject: Tales of xillia Limited edition 10,000 production run

Hi,

I recently got this edition and after trying to find a production number the only number than came up was on the inside of the box lid and was 021305 after talking to a few people in australia and the uk they all had the same number and a friend in the us had the number 021105

can you tell me what these numbers mean and if they have any bearing on the 10,000 production limit that was told to the consumers?

Sincerely
Chloe

Thanks Chloe for chasing that up. I guess it means that we have 10,000 disappointed European/Australian collectors out there lol

I'm less disappointed when I look at my Milla Maxwell Edition more. Being Australian, It would have been worse if we just got the 1st day edition. Even if the artbook is only softcover, it is still exclusive to this edition and, living in Australia, is extremely rare. The demand here is so high, they limited pre-orders from Jbhifi to 1 per customer. Plus the packaging for the figure is better than a white box.

Mine is at the post office lol, I'm guessing the numbers are for whether the box is printed or white? Too bad there is no actual production number on it

Yeah it seems all the MM editions have numbers unrelated to the production limit number

I got both the MM edition and US CE and I must say EU's outer packaging sucks =/.

It is like how they shafted us with Ni No kuni. I would prefer the White Ni No Kuni box with flap cover at the front.

If only they give US CE outer packaging + hardcover artbook + jewelcase soundtrack + EU's MM figure that would be the best.
