No difference. Cool fact, the Limited Edition in the US comes with a piece of paper on how to assemble the statue and it is "Buccaneer Edition" on the paper.

The only one that is different is the one with the front of the ship under it.

i didn't bother to read the paper that's pretty neat though i'll check it out once i get home.

The Batman CE comes with a blank piece of paper that says everything in the box is printed from china on big bold letters
