No I haven't opened it, I'm too scared!!
I know how exquisite the art cards are, but just like my U2 Art book Folio Edition....I'm leaving it sealed and protected...for now!

I was trying to get another copy last week but I was unsuccessful in my bidding

No, I got it from some lady located in Queensland, Australia who doesn't appear to have any other items for sale now. It was a relatively quite auction as there were only 13 bids in total from 5 different bidders including me!! I guess I kinda got lucky especially because it was still sealed which is pretty rare for a Press Kit [I think].

I got mine for $181.69, and I guess that's why mine is dirtier than yours
Since the dirty effect isn't a print, the effects would vary as it would have been manually dirtied up!
It's still alot to pay for, but at least it's not as high as they used to be. Just like Killzone 2 Press Kit, I saw them going for just around 100 a year ago when some went for over $400 before the game was released! But I'm a big fan of the Uncharted series so I'm happy with this

well thats about right, saw an open one go for £100 ($160 AUS) last week listed as NEW but un-ravelled, mine was similar priced so i think you paid the going rate at the moment for a sealed one, i dont think there is much difference in a sealed or un-sealed uncharted 2 press kit because the Red ribbon is just lightly glued down, you could very easily re-glue it and say its sealed anyway
