I totally agree on the quality of the European flag - not worth including IMO as it cheapens the whole edition... It is poor quality thin and shiny. No self respecting pirate would be hoisting that napkin...

They are both made of horrible shiny nothingness but if I could have a black canvas flag with the ragged edges of the European one and the embroidered logo of the US one I'd be a happy bunny...

I couldn't believe it when I unpacked the black chest... The canvas lithos are on the naff side but the flag takes the biscuit....

I couldn't have said it better myself.
I was looking forward to the canvas artworks and like you say, pretty naff. Then I saw the flag and instantly felt like I had wasted money haha

But the crazy thing is that the chest itself is great, the figure superb, the steel excellent and I always like a physical soundtrack but for me I'd rather have one decent printed, numbered litho instead of the canvas car boot sale art pieces and the flag is just dire....

Oh, and the game is pretty good tho

The flag was the piece I was most looking forward to getting, and I am really not happy with it.
I was expecting a thick cotton type material with the logo embroided onto it, but instead it feels like cheap plasticy c**p.
