Not a CE, but definitely Collectible, but how much so?

So I found a sealed Myst III Exile game that is in its original factory seal, but it has been double-labeled.

Here is a picture. Anyone ever seen a double-labeled sealed game before? I know they are rare, but how collectible do you think it may be? Thanks

do you know of someone who collects double labeled games, and is willing to pay more to obtain them?

I mean it's kind of interesting but this doesn't really seem anymore collectable or more desirable than a normal sealed copy.
