i have set up another account with united kingdom entered correctly this go ,but whe i go to check out via pay-pal that now has my address correct but has germany underneath my address instead of united kingdom.pulling my hair out.

voice is English, subtitles are either in German or English depending on your console settings.

thats what it keeps doing to me...i have setup 4 accounts now lol....uk.....united kingdom......u.k and england...i have sent them email saying whats happening.
