Yes the press kit does not come with game (but i already have the ps3 promo and will have the ps4 promo soon as well).

I received the kit sealed. I carefully used a knife to get under the seal and get it loose.
It only took a little bit of the envelope (no biggie since that is behind the seal when closed).

A lot of "wax seals" are just rubber stickers. But may not be... but I have seen quite a few items like that have then rubber ones that look and feel like red wax. I think those are better becasue they allow you to open them and still keep the seal part looking new... but real wax is always cool too but makes it hard if you want to open it.

BTW... nice new additions.

out of curiosity,
what does the Press Kit DVD contains?
I actually never tried to load and see what's inside these DVD..

Dvd contains 3 trailers.
Screenshots
Some highres artworks (for instance the art used for cover artbook and steelbook).
Packshots
Some renders (to be used for magazines i guess).
Info sheet.
