I pre-ordered one right away. After what happened with FFXIV, and with this being a SE store exclusive, I could see this going fast and being gone for good.

I just ordered this for someone and went through paypal and I did NOT receive any type of confirmation...it just took me back to the order page, but on top it said something like "order completed" but I am not too sure on that..for those that ordered, are you receiving identical "receipts"?...plus are you charged TAX?...they charged me SALES TAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

again, for those that successfully placed an order, please tell me what type of confirmation you received and how long did it take after placing order?..i am getting anxious and not 100% sure if my order went through!

unbelievable!!!! during the midst of my more than hour long conversation..the digital river supervisor was telling me I MUST buy the FREE DLC for each order at $20 each...then they will REFUND the DLC purchase on my order once or a BIG IF my order is processed!!!!!.even though It comes up as 0.00 on their broken website..she says on their computer it shows it costs $20..then she says I HAVE to take the DLC if I want to buy the collectors edition..but then they will process a reverse charge at time of shipment but charge me rightaway (if and when if my order goes through) .then she went on to say that they have a "license" from my state to collect sales tax even though they have NO presence in my state...digital river is ran out of someone's garage I suppose and not a real company...I probably have to wait until Monday to see if I get anywhere.

I have never heard of digital river before and about their rep. But this sounds awful. I hope you can sort everything out and if you need anything just let me know. Thanks again for your help!

by the way, it was not easy..i was on the phone 3 days in a row, at on average 90 mins each time and wrote 4 e-mails and attempted to place 3 orders....to get to this point...I will NEVER order with DR again..the headaches isn't worth it.

Digital river were in charge of the whole Assassin's Creed III Artbook fiasco last year. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with :/ xx

I just put my order and I didnt get any type of confirmation as well.. I thought I was the only one but I guess Im not. Have you recieved any confirmation email yet?
