the website was hopeless for me...it took me 3 separate calls with digital river..some as long as 90 mins and 3 e-mails to square enix and lastly multiple order attempts...to finally yes receive an e-mail confirmation.(confirmation is a farce when it comes to digital river by the way)..you'd know if you placed a successful order once release day comes and it is or isn't at your door during release week.."confirmation" should be "instant" I was told if order were successful...my order got successfully placed on 3rd or 4th attempt over the phone...try calling them and see if they can help you.

What was this bit about a "Steelbook" version? I saw a few posts but didn't see any links or pictures -- is there a separate steel coming out for this as the CE doesn't have one?
