The glass is uneven. See the right side versus the left.

It's a $300 watch, they have no excuse to ship a defective unit. What are you going to do? ship it back to bioware and receive another one or send it to Meister for repairs?

It sucks even more if you paid custom taxes : /

I'll contact support and see. It's rather obvious that QC has failed.

And I paid around $100 in custom taxes.

Well that sucks, I wonder how many are like that?

With them only making 500 you'd think they'd all be perfect

It seems like that at times. My new iMac has a small bend in bottom part of the stand, and I didn't even bother to complain.

Also, I wonder why they didn't use small torx for the watch as opposed to the slot type used; which looks rather cheap.

But aside from the glass, it's quite decent.

No, just no.

I bought it via you, I shouldn't have to go to the manufacturer if it's defect on arrival.

Some things are just meant to be complicated...

Hello,

I am so sorry about that! The Navigator watch is under warranty through Meister watches. So any issues with the watches will have to be brought to them directly. You can contact them through the link below:

Please let me know if you have any other questions for me. Thank you and have a lovely day!

Sincerely,

Benita
