Update: I just discover that France/Belgium Square Enix store gives The Steelbook, Samurai Outfit and Cloud outfit - http://www.square-enix-boutique.com/...tasy-xiii.html (just sad they doesn't ship to my country)

Has anyone confirmed how the SE store does billing? Do I get charged immediately for this CE? Do they do a hold? Or is there no billing until it's shipped to me? Thanks for your prompt responses!
