As far as I know (and the copy I have) they are all paperbacks

I was just looking on ebay and it would seem that ones from asia are hardcover and ones from europe are paperback. This looks hardcover right?

Sorry, I had not seen any hardcover versions until now.

The US also got the same pre-order bonus as europe, the paperback version.
