May I ask you something?

The new shipping protocol does not apply for International Customers?

"Artwork (Domestic Only): We've heard your complaints about how art is shipped and we've done something about it. All new artwork is now packed and shipped from our home office very carefully by our dedicated Customer Support Team. We are no longer shipping prints flat—everything is carefully rolled and shipped in 4" heavy duty mailing tubes. Because of the extra care we're taking, a week or more may be needed to process your order. We have had a great deal of success with these new procedures, and the number of damages has reduced exponentially. We are exploring additional options to speed up this process so we can get your art to you both safely and quickly, and we appreciate your patience while we work on that quickly part."

No, that's just worded weird and I don't know why. All new art is shipped from the office in this manner, whether it's going to a domestic or international address. I think it's maybe calling out the basically defunct international store, which isn't having art handled by us because we're not in Europe. But new art isn't going into that store, so the wording is just confusing....

Looks great and I'll be getting one if they don't sell out to fast (need to wait for wages) I kinda wish the smaller version was signed though, the big one wont fit in my portfolio

Hey Ryan do you think we'll ever see a Citadel statue or a reissue of the Liara Bishoujo, maybe with a different uniform/colour scheme?

Just got the special edition, can't wait to get it framed (gonna cost a bomb though)

A quick question Ryan if I may; I was going to order both versions but decided against it for now and just got the special edition, when I added the small version to my cart the increase in postage was only $5 which is a great deal. But then I thought I'd get the open edition Team Litho instead as I haven't got that one and the postage increase was $23? How come? It's the same size as the small Saga litho (18x24) so why does it cost so much extra to post?

I was going to get an open team as well but dropped it when I saw the shipping. My guess is they ship separately?

Maybe, but when you preorder something from BW it says:

Which leads me to believe they'll send everything in that order together? Also the small version of the Saga litho has a different release date from the special edition.

Dunno, I just though I'd get the Team one without paying almost as much as it costs in shipping. It is on sale at the EU store but I don't trust them to pack it properly, the litho's I've got from them have all arrived damaged, and the kicker was the Crucible litho I got from them was the last one available, so I had to cut the sig off and show them a pic to get a refund as no replacement was available
