What are the numbers next to each header? The price?

That Two Worlds 2 press kit looks like the royal edition. Is there any difference between them?

Yes is the price without shipping, and yes two world 2 press kit is looks like royal edition, but game is promo edition and is accompanied by Compedium book an artbook with 112 page and hardback.
