Another pick of one:

This is obviously what should have been in the Collectors Edition! Probably was something the explored, maybe due to next gen still being in its infancy they decided not enough CEs would sell to make this? So instead we get a crappy hat/jacket/pins.

Can't believe this CE is so bad I need to pass on it.

I am in awe they did the contests a month before the launch instead of in the same month as launch... doesn't make sense IMO. You want the most hype weeks before launch.
I'll be watching..

So let me ask you guys....if this statue was available to buy online (not just one in the secondary market like eBay, but a standard exclusive numbered run), what would you think is a fair price? 12" tall, polystone, heavy base, metal chain...

Thanks,

US$200-$225 for a 12inch polystone statue should be reasonable.

Do you know something? I am intrigued by your question.

Probably $225, and it depends on how many would be produced.

Yeah... it may cost more depending on the limited nature of it. But usually something like that would be in the $250 range.

Lol! Well, I made the statue, but while my question wasn't really about this statue in particular. I was using it to take a poll of the general collectibles market. We make a lot of items for PR purposes or development team gifts, and if we were ever to consider selling some down the line to collectors, how much do you think they should cost and how large do you think the run should be? Since this is the statue I just finished, I thought I'd use it as an example, but please don't read anything into it

Okay good to know Fad and thanks very much for the info.

Well A statue like that and assuming it was a limited run of 250-500 I would say the price I listed it about what I would expect it to sell for.

Just bought one, I will have it in about a week. Looks great can't wait to place it next to my Cole MacGrath Statue.
