OK
Here is my advice for purearts
For limited statues
Statues should be numbered on the statue
Should be numbered x/250 to show that they are limited to 250
Either numbered on base (underneath or on the name plaque, I don't think it really matters where and that's all down to personal reference but I personally prefer hand numbered on base/out of sight, others prefer printed number on the name plaque)
Also numbering on the Certificate of authenticity is a lovely touch and so is a signature on the Certificate of authenticity

And additions statues made for a second run should have the numbering start at 251 (that's one higher then the limited run) although it is not essential to number a second run as this just makes compulsive "mist own everything people" buy one from the first run and one from the second run so probably best to leave a second run unnumbered
And that's all I think is really important when it comes to limited statues

That's a good suggestion Lily

But i think there shouldn't be a 2nd run after it's already claimed to be a limited run of 250. This would be unfair to those who purchased it, thinking it was limited to 250.

I haven't bought it myself yet but I think that's only right. If it's supposed to be limited, it should stay limited. If it isn't, then by all means make thousands.

And yes, numbering on the statue itself is a nice touch to show it's limited run.

Yes I don't really agree with second runs but I equally believe just as strong that everybody should have the same opportunity to own something so I would be just as happy with a "limited to 250 and unnumbered" as this would not make one statue worth more then another based on number

i trust Pure Arts, they already made Assassins Creed 3 PVC statues (AC3 The Hunter and AC3 Connor: Rise) and this figures had a ubi license, so Pure Arts had a AC3 license... its not like a no name company selling a AC statue, like Fire Figures tried it

i think also a problem is that they dont have a real homepage when im not mistaken, just a website with the company logo, and so some people dont trust them because homepages are important for a company like this in these days!
Yup that's probably the reason why some of us are still not entirely convinced. I think PureArts are a little inexperienced in dealing with limited statues as most of their figures are mass-produced for companies like UbiCollectibles.

That also explains why there wasn't any number on the Tomahawk or the Wooden Case.

I also think that when the PureArts Rep said "So, as far as we know, today, there is no extra plan of further production for the Connor Premium statue.", he actually means that he doesn't think there will be anymore made unless Ubisoft asks for it. Rather than, there could be more made in the future.

Yup I don't think it's a must but it's just a practice that most companies follow. I will be just as happy with a COA that shows it's limited to 250. On the cardboard box, is a little weird..

I agree with both of these statements

The purearts rep isn't trying to con us
If UBisoft demand more then pure arts need to make more as UBisoft is pure arts corporate customer and they must do what there corporate customer /bill payer demands

I am very glad to see so much enthusiasm about this PREMIUM statue. I am the representative of Purearts and I think it is important for us to clarify some questions that the fans might have.

Firstly, I can assure you that Purearts is an official company that works with the highest ethics. The Premium Connor piece is 100% authorized by Ubisoft and it is a 100% official product. We have been working many years with Ubisoft creating a large number of their collector editions.

We are committed to make the best products for the fans of the game as well as revolutionized the toy industry. Purearts is very secretive about its creations and this premium edition is our first real public release under the PUREARTS brand. I am sorry if my comments seemed a little bit "too much" but you have to understand that the response was so enthousiast that, as an employee and fan of Purearts myself, I got really excited about the response of the statue.

I also received a lot of inquiries about the number of units produced. So here
I hope the answers to your concerns. So far, only 250 statues were produced. As you can probably see from the pictures, this statue is all meticulously hand painted by our most talented artists making it almost impossible to go into mass production reruns. So I can assure you that the number of units will remain very limited. Our attention is now focused into new production of this kind. Due to the positive response, the Purearts team is working as making newer statues for the near future. So, as far as we know, today, there is no extra plan of further production for the Connor Premium statue.

There is also an equally rare version of this statue (bronze version) also produced in low number. We might make this one also available for the fans in the future.

We at Purearts thank you for your support.

The PUREARTS team
Hello PureArts! Thanks for the info!
We have pictures of the bronze statue?
