The US and UK metalpaks are different, but that's all there is for this game. There is no steelbook.

Yeah sorry about that folks, i misread metal pack for metal card. Yes, i agree. As a steelbook fanatic myself I must say i was disappointed. Why didn't they just do a proprietary steelbook ??

Those paks look shit in the bookcase next to the proper thing.

Man, I'm so mad... I just picked up my japanese collector's edition today and brought it home. When I opened up the box, it was not the version I ordered (PS3). I guess mistakes can happen, but f*** ... Why me???? LOL

So what are you going to do, send it back?

I had one ordered @ Nin nin then changed to Nippon-yasan because they were much cheaper. Kinda glad I did now if this is a common thing.

They still have some available at a lower price too!

I agree, the metal pack looks a bit cheap compared to steelbooks. No doubt there will be a steelbook down the track, after the inevitable DLC - PtDe anyone?

yeah.. I got the 360 one... I take it they just bought a bunch from amazon and never bothered to open it up and check 'cause I received the exact box amazon would ship their stuff. I didn't take out the game or anything (sorry I can confirm if there's eng subtitles or not), as I'm waiting for their reply. I will only return if they pay for my shipping..if not I'll never buy anything from them again.

Can anyone help me out with this?

I know that the Region 1 (NTSC) steelcase of the Black Armour Edition is quite different than the Region 2 (PAL) one but can someone provide me any information about it?

I own the Region 2 edition for PS3 and it has a clear plastic sleeve with the Logo and info on it and the steelcase has the knight design on it. As far as i have "heard" the Region 1 version has a cardboard sleeve with the artwork on it and the steelcase has the knight and "Dark Souls II" text embossed. Can anyone who owns the NTSC version or has seen it confirm the differences?
