Try buying a useless 2013 calendar like I did XD You could email them and ask whether they have any spares and if you placed an order whether they could include it. If you don't ask you don't get after all

I understand these were sent out over a year ago? Perhaps they are getting rid of their last stock.

Maybe they've changed their mind? Or maybe someone buying a 2013 calendar in 2014 is pretty exceptional. I literally placed the order a week ago on Friday so they may still have some left. I'd still have a go at contacting them if I were you.
