yep and the worst thing was it wasnt even well packed imo i got abit jammy with the condition it was perfect as perfect can be

I always seem to be jammy with all my editions, even when ordering from notoriously bad places such as play, zavvi and amazon, I've not once had a bad condition CE (bar second hand ones from ebay, and even then I've been 99.9% lucky).

yeah im 50/50 with luck, and to me damage can be minor and ill throw a fit, not easily pleased in that department

Please, don't call that a Collector's Edition. Call it whatever you want such as a bundle pack or something, but not a Collector's Edition.!
