I didn't know the dedsec had a blue variant?

The only picture of a blue variant I have seen was for the US LE.
That being said, it was up on Walmarts site for a while but was changed to the regular if I'm not mistaken.

I have yet to see a blue variant anywhere.

the ebgames site has the blue in canada aswell as there handouts in store but the LE version was just a white one

Thankyou for contacting Uplay. We're sorry to hear of your issues with the steelbook supplied with Watch_Dogs. Only one type of steelbook was produced and is the version you have received. The lighter colour as it appeared on the website was in no way meant to mislead. If you are unhappy with your purchase and the game has yet to be opened we will arrange a return of the item.

Oh, and for the record, I had to chase them 3 times to get a reply from them and they still have two different images up on the website even though they must have had several complaints......

They are complete idiots....

I could be wrong but I believe the blue variant is just a pre release image placeholder and the final version was white...

I have not been able to confirm 100% but the place where I saw the blue version (Walmart.com) was just, as Moo mentioned, a placeholder and the Walmart LE's come with the same standard Steelbooks as all other NA LE's.
