Which current games do you think will worth alot in the future?

Hi everyone. Just joined this site and I have enjoyed reading everyone post so far. For some reason the last few days I have been buying games and keeping most of them sealed. I've seen older games on ebay that have went up to $100 or more like Xenoblade Chronicles and Metroid Prime Trilogy. Lucky for me those are the 2 expensive games I still have and I got them at very low prices at the start. Wish I had them factory sealed since they worth even more. The other few games I currently have are

Pokemon X & Y sealed
Pokemon Black sealed
Pokemon White sealed
Pokemon White Version 2 sealed
Pokemon Platinum sealed
Pokemon Pearl Complete in Box
Pokemon Diamond Complete in Box
Mario Party 9 sealed
Super Mario Sunshine Complete in Box
Original Pokemon Gold, Silver, Red, Blue, and Yellow with perfect Labels no box
Misprint Resident Evil Revelations (Revelaitons) sealed
Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening - Gameboy - perfect labels no box
Legend of Zelda [Classic NES Series] - GBA - perfect label no box
Legend of Zelda The Minish - GBA - perfect label no box
The legend of Zelda Ocarine of Time - perfect label no box

So what I'm asking is, could you recommend me some current games to buy that you think will be worth as much as Xenoblade Chronices etc in the future. I also am going to keep them factory sealed. Thanks!

i say make sure its factory factory sealed (when it goes to the factory before going to the sealing factory)

it should be worth a few thousand tubthumping chumbuwumbas (future currency) in 62 years

lol no way teletubbies will ever be worth much. Basically which kind of Zelda or Mario games do you think I should get? There are so many but I don't know which ones will be rare like in 10 years. I want to get them now since most are cheap.

I would suggest Mario kart DS with the RED case...and I would recommend ZELDA ocarina of time 3DS remake version as that is much harder to find in stores...also if you can snag a copy on-line or from purchasing the WII U bundle itself, the new super Mario bros U game which is bundled with New Super Luigi U on disk..this version can ONLY be found in the WII U bundle..but some people have them separated and for sale on ebay..I also recommend the last story and pandoras tower for wii..as people will seek this 2 out with xenoblade as a "trilogy" of sorts in the future...these are just my suggestions, I also collect games sealed..but I am not looking necessarily to resell..but it would of course be nice to know if some of my items are worth something down the road.but this is NO investment...just a hobby.

Really?! You think the "red" case will be worth more? I specifically exchanged my recent Mario purchases for white cases because I thought the red cases are the re-prints and I preferred the white case personally. It seems like everywhere I go has the red cases for MK7, SM3DL, etc. etc.

Thanks twisted for the help. Just ordered myself a copy of ZELDA ocarina of time 3DS and the last story. Speaking of Pandora's Tower, I can't seem to know which cover art is better or the one more valuable. By the way I play most of my games also but I usually just by a used version to play with.

pandoras tower has a alternate cover on the inside...I meant Mario kart DS..not the 3DS version, but the DS version of Mario kart in the red case.

Update:

Got Pokemon Black Version 2 which I got brand new from Walmart for only $34.95. It's like $50 or more everywhere else. Had to drive pretty far just to find the last copy.
