I would say it's a bit more then a normal one. So maybe 50-60€ ?

unfortunately the game is not anymore sealed. Maybe a benefit, that the game is the japanese version?

Maybe $70+ for the game. Most people would more likely go for a signed poster than a signed game, because you can put the poster on display.
