lol. don't ask me, I'm still not quite sure how this manage to pass QC...then again, I can only assume Nintendo contracted the cheapest company to manufacture these.

From what I've been hearing from other sites, people are reporting that the amiibos coming out look very different from the E3 prototypes. Which makes sense considering they were prototypes, but people are going so far as to say they look like cheap Chinese knockoffs.

I like the Mario one but the rest they kind of made them look really bad with the supports they put in place. They could have at least made those supports super clear plastic.
