There's some text. The US one says CUH-1115A / A20 on the box and has a sticker with some barcodes, the model number and serial number.

Like what game trigger said above

For warranty purposes, they are labelled to the voltage of the region to adhere some law to sell the product.

All ps4 are equipped with universal 100-240v power supply. Usa ps4 is written 100-110v but it works with Australia's 220v. They even wrote on their website it does not support other voltage but actually it does.

Actually, I thought I saw a picture of the label on a US 20th Anniversary PS4 (model CUH-1115A A20) that said it was rated at 110 - 240V. I just wish I could find it. I think it was in an eBay auction unfortunately.
