The only real difference is that this one is not numbered at all. I did not have a retail one to compare it to but I bet they are basically the exact same except the number. But the fact it is unnumbered and avery one sold was numbered makes it really rare. Lol.. no not signed by Ken. Though, this would be the one to get signed.
