i saw some unboxings from different countries, i think its just for inventory/ logistical markings or something like that ....

Yeah it should be. Just checked mine again and there's no sticker on it

Just checked mine too, no sticker...

I did however notice it says 'Not for Sale' on the bottom, actually printed onto the steelbook, which is a little peculiar.

Apparently the game has 3 steelbooks released for it so far:

The US collector's edition steelbook




The Nightmare edition "cleaver" collector's edition




And the third steelbook I presume it is the UK collector's edition or the EU steelbook collector's edition in general.
